Wir wurden auf <strong>autoscan<\/strong> \u00fcber das Unternehmen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.s4computer.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S4 Computer<\/a> aufmerksam, das unser Dealer Management System incadea und unsere Hardware betreut. Und die S4 ist ein Partner von euch.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind generell sehr neugierig und sehen uns gerne neue Sachen an, die etwas bringen. Was waren die Probleme, die autoscan gel\u00f6st hat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Hickelsberger:<\/strong> Vor allem die Fehler, die zwischendurch immer wieder passieren. Ein Buchstabe oder eine Zahl wird falsch gelesen und schon ist diese Fehlinformation im System! Oder die Handschrift des Kollegen ist so schwer leserlich, dass dessen Notizen dann falsch im Computer eingegeben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Durch das Scannen mit <strong>autoscan<\/strong> kann das nicht mehr passieren. Damit waren Sie einer der ersten User. Wie l\u00e4uft\u2019s damit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Hickelsberger:<\/strong> Viel besser, als ich gedacht habe! Ich war etwas skeptisch, vor allem, weil wir gleichzeitig mit <strong>autoscan<\/strong> auch auf eine <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscan.app\/de\/warum-chaotische-lagerhaltung-ihr-lager-effizienter-macht\/\">chaotische Lagerhaltung<\/a> umgestiegen sind. Ich dachte, dass wird dramatisch. Ich dachte, dass wird dramatisch.<\/p>\n<p>Stattdessen ging das komplett klaglos \u00fcber die B\u00fchne! In unserem sch\u00f6nen neuen Reifenhotel, das wir 2021 eingerichtet haben, gehen wir mit den Scannern bald in die dritte Reifensaison.<\/p>\n<p>Und dort haben wir auch ein sch\u00f6nes Beispiel f\u00fcr die Zeitersparnis durch <strong>autoscan<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscan.app\/de\/reifenwechsel-autoscan-und-soft-wheeler-machen-es-jetzt-einfacher\/\">Fr\u00fcher waren die Vorbereitungslisten viel Arbeit<\/a> \u2013 aus dem einen System wurden die Termine f\u00fcr den aktuellen Tag rausgesucht, aus dem anderen System die Lagerorte der ben\u00f6tigten Reifen. Meine Leute waren jeden Tag eine gute Dreiviertelstunde damit besch\u00e4ftigt. Zum Beispiel meine Sorge, dass die Einf\u00fchrung im Reifenhotel chaotisch wird. Oder das Festhalten mancher Mitarbeiter an der Zettelwirtschaft, an die sie sich \u00fcber die Jahre gew\u00f6hnt haben.
