Das macht es uns m\u00f6glich, Funktionen und Verbesserungen aus der Schublade zu holen, die keine Priorit\u00e4t hatten und f\u00fcr die schlicht die Zeit fehlte. <\/p>\n<p>Eines m\u00f6chte ich aber betonen: Unsere Qualit\u00e4tssicherung bleibt. Jede von der KI erzeugte Codezeile wird von uns gegengelesen. Danach folgt zus\u00e4tzlich ein Review durch einen Kollegen.  <\/p>\n<p>Zugegeben, das ist in Bezug auf die Effizienz ein Flaschenhals: Wir k\u00f6nnten noch viel schneller sein, wenn wir langsamen Menschen nicht alles gegenchecken w\u00fcrden. Aber die Qualit\u00e4t geben wir f\u00fcr Effizienz nicht auf.  <\/p>\n<p>Noch eine Beobachtung: Unsere hohen Qualit\u00e4tsstandards kommen uns bei der Arbeit mit KI zugute. Die klaren Strukturen und Architekturen, die wir \u00fcber Jahre aufgebaut und pflegt haben, sind ideal f\u00fcr die Agents. Aber ich erlebe generell einen Paradigmenwechsel in meiner Arbeit. <\/p>\n<p>Beim AI Agent in GitHub Copilot war es so, dass ich das Ergebnis des ersten Prompts genommen und anschlie\u00dfend selbst weiter verfeinert habe.<\/p>\n<p>Codex CLI hingegen liefert etwas, ich kommentiere und lasse den Agent weiter arbeiten \u2013 und das auch, wenn er komplett falsch abgebogen ist. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen wir nach wie vor eingreifen und korrigieren, um wirklich hochwertige Software zu liefern.  <\/p>\n<p>Manchmal frage ich mich allerdings, woher in Zukunft die erfahrenen Software-Entwickler:innen kommen sollen. Wer jetzt mit der Entwicklung beginnt, arbeitet mit KI und muss nicht mehr selbst jede Codezeile schreiben und sich mit jedem Detail auseinandersetzen.
